This blog is awesome! I moved from So. Cali to Missouri almost three years ago and I have suffered the most horrible fish-taco withdrawl!!! lol I make them myself but they just aren't as good.
One restaurant out here decided to try them because I was making such a rukus about it. They ended up with a flour tortilla, flaked up the fish and put taco seasoning on it, then topped it with lettuce and cheese. The horror!
